Lost or Stolen Cards

Student cards can be replaced 24/7

Card Replacement

Misplace your card? Play it safe and deactivate the card via the Cougar Card Portal or Mobile App available 24/7! If you find your card, you may reactivate it via the portal or app. Note: Once a card has been replaced, the old card cannot be reactivated. The cardholder will be responsible for all usage of the card prior to deactivation.

If you are unable to find your card, stop by Campus Services HQ Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., for a replacement. We are located at 162 Calhoun Street, under Berry Residence Hall. Replacement cards are $20 for students and contractors. Payment is due at the time of issuance. Cash, checks and major credit cards are accepted.

After normal business hours, students can go to Public Safety (89 St. Philip Street) for a replacement. Public Safety is not equipped to process payments therefore the replacement fee of $20 will be posted to the student eBill. The bill should be paid promptly either at the Treasurer’s Office or via the eBill online.
